But the Maker also just showed up in Future Foundation #1!

Well, the nickname’s success makes Democrats look like they can actually be politically competent. We can’t have that, half of Splinter’s hot takes would be DOA.

Except that we haven’t seen any evidence that his motivation for the shooting had anything to do with his politics... except for the misogyny.

I deeply sympathize what you’re saying, I really do. But Wilson would be the first to argue that we’re going to need to offer more seats than that if we’re going to win and win hard.

It’s worth noting that a big part of the problem the Texas GOP is facing isn’t so much about Latinx voters (thought that certainly doesn’t help) as much as it is about urbanization. Its city populations have been expanding rapidly, and those cities are being filled by young Californians in particular.

Stevenson has pretty much admitted that Netflix told them they were splitting season 2 after they were already well into production. I’m betting that they make the next couple of seasons with this in mind and they mix up the plot heavy and character focused episodes more smoothly.

His manifesto certainly has him identifying himself as white.

Like a fucking Pharaoh.

Oh man, they really should have gone all-in and made the Ecto-1 Autobot that IDW has in its crossover comic.

I’ve been researching the alt-right since well before it got the name. A lot of the white nationalist online brigade had their beginnings in libertarianism. Never mind that the vast majority of white nationalist creeds want a powerful centralized authoritarian government, it was never really about any of that for most

You had me laughing until this point:

Glad you said this. The article mentions Eleanor in a way that makes it look like she’s only barely hinting at it. But she really leans in to it regularly.

Dude. I sympathize with the utter rage. I really, really do. But “hurt them AND their families” is exactly the kind of awful, poisonous rhetoric that gets us ICE.
