I have never in my entire time of being a Gizmodo reader laughed out loud until just now.

That's a lot of negativity coming from someone who only has one public post and 43 people in their circles. Maybe try searching for topics of interest and following some of the people in those topics that make good comments. Find another topic, rinse repeat. Pretty soon you'll understand how this is supposed to work.

That's note true. You can't make kernel changes without an unlocked bootloader.

Still waiting for the phone that snaps into the netbook's touch pad area and acts as the touch pad.

FOR ME, if this was available right now I wouldn't feel the least bit bad for getting my Prime. I'm not experiencing any of the issues that are coming up but I also didn't get it for a navigation device either. WiFi works great. No light bleed or dead pixels. In fact I don't mind that the grey one is actually purple,

That's the beauty of using a trusted ROM like MIUI, or my fav CM7. They're following is way too big and diverse to get by this long without it being spotted by now. In the case of CyanogenMod, it's open source so anyone can examine the code for malware.

I sure hope that those in charge at the carriers, you know the people actually responsible for having this software on our devices, gets called in to the principal's office too.
