I imagine streamers that get harassment everyday just for existing are staring in confusion at all these streamers crying and needing a break after getting the most obvious backlash for their decisions. Still no sympathy for them dealing with the consequences of their decisions.

Yeah, the ‘hotly-anticipated’ mostly comes from it being the most wish listed game on Steam at some point. People were really curious how they had such a finished looking game out of nowhere, so I imagine a lot of those wish lists were also people waiting to see this grift of a game get exposed.

I can’t say I’m more excited about it but, I’m still interested in the story, I don’t love all the floaty shooting at weakpoints, & mobs of enemies just standing around waiting to be blown up. I also don’t see new characters making this more interesting especially if I’ve already completed the game but I’ll wait and…

I kinda love Nintendo products for this. They release stuff and people just want to throw money at them but because they’re smartly conservative in their plans it seems like they’re always making people be patient to get stuff from them...which just makes everyone want to throw even more money at them.

Eh, I just think it proves that massive hype and marketing still work great for sales. Otherwise why would they be announcing 20 million sold, that doesn’t really add anything to the single player experience.

Haha same here, I love scary movies and games but I tried Phasmophobia in VR and I didn’t even finish the tutorial. Omg, once the game knows I’m closing my eyes or looking away from the scary thing that is gonna make it even worse.
