FYI, the 2-factor authentication is pretty novice; Epic sends you an email when you try to log in with an auth code. Would be nice if they integrated an app like Google Authenticator etc.

In-game currencies are great (from a dev perspective) because they’re a sunk cost, you always have a bit left over, and they feel like “play money” so the actual value of the money being spent isn’t as apparent. Fortnite’s skins are crazy-bananas pricing ($8 for the really cheap ones, $15-20 for the ones worth buying), but the season pass is TOTALLY worth it. It’s a really fun addition and working towards that next rewards tier really enhances my enjoyment of the game.
