Michael Bay has revealed a new character, Squeeks, on Instagram:

I know some people will hate the idea, but I love Indiana Jones the same way many people love Star Wars. The character could definitely get the James Bond treatment.

Meh, my interest in the movie just dipped. One of the things I always liked about Kong was he wasn’t Godzilla sized. He was dinosaur sized and a bit more realistic and relatable in that way. Sounds like this movie is going to 1976 King Kong and not 1933 King Kong.

In the meantime, CW is ending its contract with Hulu to air its most recent shows. That was pretty much the only reason to subscribe to Hulu.

I’m interested in this one only because it is coming out of nowhere. I mean, who asked for another Tarzan movie? Especially one that - as weird as this sounds - actually comes closest to the source material compared to most other Tarzan films. Will this be good? I have no idea. It certainly is a strange experiment.

This isn’t bad news, really. I would argue the vast majority of long-running shows lose something after their fifth season. Better for a show to conclude on a high note by finishing up its storylines rather than to drag on and progressively grow worse and ruin memories of its better days. *cough*Supernatural*cough*

I’m listening to the all-cast audiobook production right now. First time I’ve heard the story. It is a bit slow, but there is enough there to keep me interested.
