I thought I just had gas.

Dead, dead, dead now. Best of luck to those who might have gotten a real order in.

Well, I can't guarantee that Insight won't cancel the orders, but they are a legitimate company that has been around for a while. I know people who work there (but not in sales).

Yeah, several people had the same issue. I'm surprised I didn't since my address can't be found in Google maps (addresses on my street are all messed up; makes for great fun when trying to get a pizza delivered).

I received an email confirmation and I just checked Amex and there is a pending CC charge from Insight... They are probably out of the 16GB by now, but you might still be able to get a 32GB unit. You can try calling them, but I was on hold for over 30 minutes while trying to get my web order to process (which it

You will only be able to access the Insight stock through these links. They have a little over 200 left. I just ordered one online after multiple tries (order system kept bombing out and telling me to try my request again).

I've always had a simple theory that time seems to by faster as you get old because you have experienced more of it.

I can buy a 32GB right now through the HP Academic store for $149 + tax. Oh, so tempting...

Mini Moke, Mini Poke, Potato, Pototo... Are those real?

Someone needs to point one of the France boys, or Mike Helton, to this thread...

I started watching racing at young age in the late 60s. While there were a lot of wild wrecks in NASCAR, I don't recall a whole lot of deaths, or major life threatening injuries for that matter. Seemed to me there were a lot more deaths in F1 and what became Indycar. And NASCAR road courses are the exception to the

I would like it to move back to race cars based on real cars people can buy (you know, stock cars), and less regulations that currently make it nothing more than a spec series. I'd like to see some room for some Smokey Yunick type innovations. Watching all of the same cars going around in circles is boring as hell,

Seems like this along the same lines of bullshit I've been hearing since Apollo was winding up. I really, really want it to happen, but it is hard to take these kinds of announcements and reorganizations seriously. I've resigned myself to the fact that I'll be dead before we ever get past the moon. At least I got see

I read the book and watched the miniseries. This could be great, or it could be a disaster. Too much going on in the book for it to be anything in between.

SyFy = SyWhyBother

(Hands over ears, blindfold on.) "LA, LA, LA, LA, LA, Mine eyes have seen the glory of the coming of the Lord; He is trampling out the vintage where the grapes of wrath are stored...etc." I can't watch the finale until they release it on the FS web site, which will be probably be next Sunday. You guys are killing me

I really like the design except for the observation deck. It looks out of place. Sort of like a 3rd ear jutting out of the middle of a person's forehead.

Nice try. I'm still confused. :-/
