How many American companies elect to make decisions solely based on their bottomline, ignoring what is best for the American people? The outsourcing of labor, the use of illegal (quasi-illegal labor) and the avoidance of taxation is common and rarely raises an eyebrow in D.C.

I decided I needed to read more last year, so I scheduled time to read every night before bed for one hour. While my reading pace is slower than it was in my college years, I'm able to get through 800-1,100 page books in a month. I also fall asleep easier... added benefit.
