This will end my complaining about drivers turning on their indicators 3 miles before making an actual turn. This will also end my streak of ten years without an accident.

Do you happen to have a link showing how this is done, by any chance? It's a killer idea.

Haha. Good point. :)

Absolutely!

Gigawings! Gigawings! Giga Wing was a fun shooter. :)

Thank you! Honored to get the Orson Welles treatment.

You're right about that! Not sure when you were visiting arcades, but I spent a good amount of time in them during the mid 80's. The scent of waffle cones being made with sounds of Duran Duran competing with electronic blips and bleeps from Mr. Do, Pac Man, Ms. Pac Man, Zaxxon, and the usual suspects. Nostalgia. I

Bakhtanians' statement was enlightening, part of which included this: "What I was trying to communicate is that mild hostility has always been a defining characteristic of the fighting game scene. Back when arcades were more prevalent, people didn’t like newcomers, and players needed to fight and pay their dues to get

That is great! Is there a link to an associated post? I'd like to share. Thank you.

Brilliant. Just brilliant.

That's interesting and commendable. I can't say that I do the same thing - in all the role playing games I've played, where gender is a selectable option, I've always chose male (it's what I know). And none of my characters were evil; was mostly pragmatic about everythring (mirroring my own personality). Except in

That's a good approach. I'm a bulk ironer - every Sunday, post-laundry, it's all out war with starch, water spray bottle, ironing board, and iron. Next pay raise, I'm going to make use of the dry cleaners every couple of weeks...

The least I can do; you folks bring me food!

Thank you. And you're absolutely right that how you stack is important. Our stack: very stable with silverware in a position where they are less likely to slide off. Waste in one area so it can be discarded quickly. And no "plate towers." It's less than 90 seconds of effort that can help someone else have a smooth

When I go out to eat, I'm always courteous and understanding of the wait staff. I thank them every time they visit the table. When the bus boy comes over to pick up an empty plate, I thank them. Hostess who sat us, I thank her. When we're done with our meal, we stack the plates in such a way that they can carry them

Just curious why the headline of this article mentions Apple, but doesn't mention "Intel, Nintendo, Dell, and many others..." as the video segment states.

Good question. I wonder how this is different than roommates or domestic partners sharing the expense at the very basic level.

Raising a child in a dramatic fashion only serves to produce a dramatic child. That's not the way to go.

I don't think I'm missing the point at all. I understand he's attempting to teach a lesson, however, doing so in a crude and violent manner (and wasteful) is disagreeable in my mind.

Just to clarify, I don't argue with his anger, just his approach to teaching a lesson. It was wasteful.
