It's clear you're coming from point-of-view that isn't really based on the facts, but based on what you've limited yourself to see. That's okay, because we all do that to an extent.

Excellent thought.

And we at NASA can't get a decent budget...

Carl, while I wouldn't expose my child to that sort of imagery at your daughter's age, I would like to commend you on your patient and progressive approach to explaining the virtual and real world to your daughter. That's solid parenting, in my opinion.

Fiber optics is a field that requires testing too.

That is pure brilliance.

I'm sure it has been noted that in Red Dead Redemption, you could shoot dogs. There were repercussions for doing so. Given that, I don't see why that same behavior wouldn't exist in GTAV.

Well, that was amazing...

If you think about it, it is simple, much like turning water into wine and walking on water is simple...

The Grand Theft Auto V announcement is bittersweet. While it is awesome to have another installment in the RockStar classic series, it serves to remind me of the biggest mistake I ever made: becoming an adult.

I absolutely agree - Nuketown is being sold as an iconic map based on its quality, but I find that to be hard to believe. Team Fortress' 2Fort is iconic.

From a hand-eye coordination point of view, I've certainly lost the edge I had 15 years ago. The competitive FPS was once a comfortable companion, but now is simply the bane of my gaming existence. I find myself situated firmly in the lower 50% of just about every Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 scoreboard. I'm that
