Basically every state has an independent government body charged with upholding state anti-discrimination laws. That authority is granted by the state legislature. This is not fishy in the slightest. Oh yeah. Because the one thing I really WANT when I’m unsure how to feed myself or if I’m going to be burnt to death is to bring an infant into the world. That is perhaps the stupidest of all.
