Is this going to require PS+ or XBOX live to play?

I know with Square, you could only download FF VII once, and if anything happened to your digital copy, you would have to buy the game all over again.

True story. I told my nephew (first time playthrough) that if he climbed the ladder in town after the first mako reactor 199 times he would get a "special" materia. I have to say, he went on to beat ruby weapon in 7 before I did....without lucky 7s, no strategy guide, just an 8 yr old and a score to settle.
