in florida, its 80 degrees out from 10 to 6

I'm working with a brinkmann(charcoal) but I need to throw towels over it to keep it at "ideal". I know I shouldn't use that, but I have an internal temp gauge and the only way to see it is take the top off. Any suggestions would be awesome.

Hey Burneko, can we get a how-to on smoking some meat? I got a new smoker and trying to keep it at the right temp for hours at a time takes an act of congress.

I know with Square, you could only download FF VII once, and if anything happened to your digital copy, you would have to buy the game all over again.
