It’s a ban. Fact. Zero argument. If you’re legally prohibiting individuals from entering some place, it’s ban. Permanence or time periods have no relevance in the matter.

I am forced to use Firefox at work, and it’s the least stable web-browser I have ever used. It will blackout, freeze and eventually close at least 5 times per day (on a good day).
