I agree that the iPod classic should be cut from the product line, but I love my iPod Touch and I would never use my Nexus One over the iPod. The sound quality is Superior to any Android phone that I have tried and I'm willing to carry two devices to get that quality.

Actually, I know of one duel that happens in the same spot/time if you lose and reload. It's in one of the Mexico towns. I kept aiming at the wrong time and he beat me about four times.

If I can convince myself to get the Kinect I'll probably pick this up.

I usually get more than the advertised speed. I have 16 mbps and my average speed is around 19 mbps.

Hopefully the first person view will return. I can't fly with that cinematic camera. Also, I wonder if the QTEs will be required or if you can just out maneuver missiles like in the previous games.

Noticed a lot of the bugs that were in the technical preview have been fixed. The beta seems good so far.

I would say that going to class during the first week is extremely important. I've had professors who would drop you if you miss the first week. Plus it's always good to hear the instructor go over important details of the class.
