No, regular Wranglers don't "try to hard to be cool." They are what they are, you either like them or not. The special editions such as the COD edition, Oscar Mike edition, etc. are literally attempts at making the truck "cool", with little or no added performance benefit over the already tremendously capable

Replace SSR with Nissan Murano Cabriolet and this list in perfect.

I do this not because GPS systems are faulty, but because it makes it more relaxing to drive. It's safer and easier to drive when you know what your next move is without having to take your eyes off the road.

I've been saying this for a while, and Matt Farah agreed with me — the shift times on AMG's are terrible. I shifted into third last week and I'm still waiting for a response.

It's clear the officer endangered the life of the motorists around him with his reckless behavior; but was there a dog in the car? K-9's are sometimes protected under the sames rules that protect officers, so he could (re: should) be prosecuted for his actions.

The police officer gets paid to be the bigger man in these situations. He could have radioed for a local police officer if he felt the pickup driver needed to be adjudicated. Two wrongs don't make a right.

I love it, it's the total package — even if that package is becoming dated and depreciated. Go for one with an extended warranty. As far as handling, it's no Elise but it masks it's weight with the help of ABC sport mode. The suspension is really incredible. My biggest complaint are the ridiculously slow shift

First of all, I'm not a NASCAR fan in the slightest; However, I did a case study on this before I got my bachelors degree in communications, so yes, I did do my research. Each NASCAR race brings in billions to the local economy of the host city. Ever try finding a hotel in a city hosting a race? Good luck. Read my

@hmmmm Don't NFL and college football games happen only once a week?

I wasn't basing my statement on television ratings or tickets sold. If you look at the effect a NASCAR race has on the community around it, you'd see what I mean when I say "most popular." No other sport brings more people to a particular city for a given day, championship games excluded.

Your observation of the prototypical image of a NASCAR fan and a WWE fan being similar is certainly accurate. Keep in mind, though, it's the most popular sport in the country; it's hard to classify NASCAR fans as anything because it's such a large and diverse group nowadays.

Dat manual. I forget how many times James May threw it in reverse at stops when they had one on Top Gear.

It's true and it kind of sucks. My '06 S65 AMG came with everything Benz had to offer at the time, and now most of that equipment is standard on an E-class.

I've been reading about Unimogs since y'all wrote that AMG 6x6 article. The want is strong.

Call it a cheap shot if you'd like, it was effective and efficient street justice. The bully was looking for a fight, and he got one.

Noticed that too; this thing is probably the most capable "production" vehicle available, at least that I know of. No Rubicon or Range Rover will go where that beast goes.

These are the articles I come here for. More please.

Thanks man. Tennessee must be effing beautiful to ride in. Cheers

As a guy who just got his motorcycle license recently, this is the most common advice experienced riders give noobs, especially here in NYC. It's good advice regardless of what you're operating.

Rhys Millen's Red Bull Test Drive didn't go as well as Jeff Gordon's, but at least it was real.
