Yes, as I walked down the street I would see some cars over and over on each ~one mile block and then never on the next.
It does take quite a long time to get from end to end, but if your going to cruise for a few hours you might as well do the whole thing.

The only real specific I have is the Alfa Romeo 4C. I mean its a 2 seater sports car with a 4-cyl engine and it’s automatic only? It doesn’t even have good lap times, or practicality to come to it’s transmissions defense.

Otherwise my hatred is very generalized. I don’t like CUV’s as they are basically just wagons with

I saw one of those last year at Woodward and I do really like it.

To speak to how big the cruise is...I walked a total of 12 miles (6 up starting at Birmingham, and then back), and never even saw the first 4 cars pictured above (nor several of the others). I had heard about the upside down car, but missed it as well.

Also where was Ford’s display? I haven’t seen it in years...And the

First of all these vehicle attacks have been less deadly than attacks with guns, although perhaps more injurious. But the real difference is that a vehicles primary purpose is transportation and it just happens to also make a reasonably good killing tool...at least on unsuspecting people.
A gun on the other hand has a

Well if it goes untested then I would agree. Elio claimed it would achive a “5-star” crash test rating, which implied it would be tested, and also do well. It also was initially based on a tube frame with a cage around the driver, but that apparently is no longer the case.

There are plenty of low slung sports cars on the market. That is why bumpers have to be so low, and why idiots with lift kits are so dangerous.

Availability of a tool (I should just say gun, because that is really what were talking about) isn’t responsible for the will of people to commit violent acts, it is however responsible for the ease of those acts to be more deadly.

I generally agree with the philosophy that we should let a little more Darwinism take place, but I do have a problem with the notion of innocent (for the time being) children not wearing seat belts.

What makes you call the Elio a death trap? Why would it be any more dangerous than a normal car? As recently proved the Smart car is safe, and it’s crumple zones are smaller than the Elio’s, and the Elio actually has a cage.
At this point I doubt it will get produced, but I’m of the camp that believes Elio did intend

I really hate HVAC and Volume controls being part of the screen. These are things I want to be able to adjust by feel. “Clumsy” indeed.

For $97K that this paint job costs I would have a Camaro ZL1 1LE (which should be faster than a 911 Turbo S) AND either a Miata or a Fiesta ST for daily driving.

Years ago I had a 6-speed 94 Camaro Z28. Shortly after having some work done at a shop (optispark maybe? I forget) I went to a night time cruise in. I popped the hood, and noticed something odd when the light from a lamp hit a stream of liquid mid air. Upon closer inspection I realize the fuel lines had been pulled

I do like the car shows, and the turnout at many of them belies the story they are telling. I went to NAIAS in Detroit every year for many years, but I skipped the last couple years because there were no interesting concepts to see. Both Ford and Chevy unveiled the new Mustang/Camaro outside of any auto show which was

“Who the hell half-asses a brake job so badly?” Uhh every brake change place in existence? In all my years I’ve never seen any brake job include changing the break fluid. Sometimes a good mechanic might look and recommend it though, but it’s certainly not included.

I’d configure it with a ZL1 1LE badge [/troll]

I’m fairly sure it’s mostly muffling. Even with the dual mode exhaust the cars gain a lot of volume by cutting off the muffler and installing an axle back.

I always thought the problem with the 4C was that it isn’t practical for daily use, isn’t particularly fast for it’s price, and most of all it’s a light weight sports car that isn’t offered with a proper transmission.
Not saying it isn’t beautiful. But I understand why it doesn’t sell all that well.

This begs the question. Why are all the other NASCAR cars based on FWD mostly-4-cyl sedans that racing enthusiasts won’t buy except out of necessity?
Does Toyota really think it’s gaining Camry sales by having a Camry NASCAR? I mean if anything the Chevy SS was the closest thing to it’s NASCAR version and it sold

I’m just saying, there were dyno’s of LT1 Camaro’s gaining 20whp from a catback exhaust. Smaller engine cars the gains will be smaller, but still most get 2+hp.
