The problem with this study is the question is better suited to a longitudinal study. That, of course, is riddled in it's own problems, but it would be a better way to assess any potential long-term effects.

@Mfalme: There there my fellow cheesefest participant! I only played this because I was looking for rare PS1 games back in 2003 (before the DS port came out) and someone suggested I get Rhapsody.

One more game that kind of touches on the Musical genre: Monkey Island 3!

@yanipheonu: By now the DS port has to be under $10, so I would check it out if you can find it used somewhere.

Now playing

@Dodgerwd: Also for Mahou Shoujo I think a good one can be done, but they should base it off of Puella Magi Madoka and make it a little darker/trippier.

Now playing

Musical (kind of): Rhapsody: a Musical Adventure

@Lt.: Between the two, I would go with FES to get the most out of the story and epilogue.

Heh, we'll see. There's some software work that takes precedence!

@vidhagans: Damn that is impressive! It makes me want to do some wood burning art for some reason. If only I had something practical to accent with wood...

@BiggunSid: I have heard this argument a lot this generation, about how the 360's form factor makes it more comfortable than the Dualshock's, but after using both I think they are equally comfortable. I think the difference is just in how people grip the controller. I notice I use a loose grip on the Dualshock and a

I would prefer it, but it would require something like the JVC x'eye I have packed away. For those not in the know, that is a all-in-one Sega CD + Megadrive not directly made by Sega. There would have to be some universally agreed upon format and anti-piracy coding to happen, then you would have multiple electronics

@-itis: Sometimes your hard drive manufacturer will include a cd that you can boot from and format the HDD that way. If not, I think you can still download the program then burn it to disc (or put it on a flash drive) and try that way.

@The Other White Meat: Ah, good to know that about the Android phones. I've already heard the stories about the iPhone's battery life. The idea for me is to go on 2-3 day trips and skip packing the charger. Not that packing a charger is a huge inconvenience, but I tend to forget the damn thing from time to time! Guess

I have a question for those of you with newer phones: is this decent battery life for newer phones? I'm still using a phone from 06' that I do not charge for days (sometime more than a week) and want to know if Xperia's battery life have become the norm concerning phone-use only (no apps or anything).

@Bouzi: Go Habs Go!: Oh I know you only need 3 to advance to the next rank, believe me. It's more of a complaint about design from a completionist standpoint. It's not like exploring bonus dungeons where things are somewhat fresh. It feels more like a grind after the third battle in each rank. Even though I really

@Cerabret100: The only thing I think they did wrong with Resonance of Fate was the arena setup. I know it's optional, meaning you are usually not allowed to criticize such things, but 10 fights per rank to max them out with 50 ranks total. My god, you can spend more time fighting in the arena than during the all the

@aynoobynoobers: No, I believe that title still is shared between Gamespot and 1up after their redesign.

Resonance of Fate has been on a 3 week break, so I hope to get a little further this weekend. That damn arena is such a grind!

Well, I can understand it. Executing it is another matter, however. Give me pre-mapped specials anyday over these long chains!
