Yep, I totally agree HS needs to start classes later. I think schools should keep early morning things for the extra curricular activities, sports, band practice, clubs, etc - those kids are engaged and want to be there so probably don’t mind the early mornings as much. Then, the rest of the students get another hour…

I know. I think this is a case, at least for high school, to start classes later, as teens need more sleep and become night owls and the early school days don’t help.
