After reading comments I was thinking about picking this up today but then remembered my ps3 died a week or so ago and I just spent like 600 dollars updrading my 1.5 year old pc...Woah is me.

I wonder if he had said that they were playing rough and it was an accident that he would have gotten off easier.

@txwill14: PA- PenTeleData. Only choice in my area, dont even have DSL. Their speeds are goode and all but with the data caps and no other choice its pretty much a monopoly.

Is there anything outlined for ISP's putting data caps at certain hours? For example my ISP has a limit of 30-40-50gb a month of data usage between hours of 5pm-1am. This kills my use of Netflix and forces me to watch streaming video either late at night or early in the day.

Had about 30 or so people standing outside my store this morning, funny enough 60% of them were woman who looked to be above their 30's.

@Jypsy: There is a penalty. Ive worked for both Wal-Mart and Best Buy. Both stores would have been fined and the employee been subject to reprimand by corporate.

Even when I was under seventeen "over seven years ago", tell me one place that wouldnt ID me? Wal-Mart? Target? BestBuy? Gamestop? They all ID'd and still do.
