@jandlecack: I actually see Treyarch as a a developer with better ideas then IW. IW has proven to be better at creating a solid non janki game, but in my opinion if Treyarch were to create a game that runs as good and included all their different ideas then Id think they would outdo IW.

What I liked about this episode was the technology actually felt like something from the future. As much as I love the show its always had a problem with the technology feeling dated for a timeline of 1000 years in the future. So this bring up something ive been wondering for awhile. You think its safer to torrent something late at night like 1am-7am and such? Think theres a less chance of getting tracked at those times?

@doubtful: I wouldn't call the DA I would sure call the police though especially if the item was worth 500 or more dollars. Isn't the point that the item sold for more than 950 dollars that the DA is involved? The point is it doesn't matter how much the phone is worth in terms of the parts.

The day this story broke I was already calling out some type of criminal case against the seller and Gizmodo in the future.
