The ZF8 is absolutely amazing. In manual mode it down- and up-shifts instantly. With BMW programming, it will downshift under hard braking, in sport mode it seems to downshift pretty aggressively.
See, most people here have never driven a car with a ZF eight speed OR a DCT. If they had, then they’d realize that this is an improvement. VW’s DCT is the “best” unit on the market, and it still isn’t as smooth as the ZF unit and requires expensive oil changes every 40k miles.

$100 says they get busted. It can’t be that hard to recognize that combination of garish cars and a garish house. Some neighbor will see this and they’ll get reported, and the rarity of those cars will trump the anonymity of the license plates to remove reasonable doubt for a judge.
