Agreed! Especially when 90% of drivers don't track their cars (making the time/speed around the Ring useless). "Yeah...well it'll get to Home Depot pretty damn quick!"

That was the GT3. Rumors were that the RS would have a manual and/or PDK.

Not really an automatic.

Since the RS is track-focused, it's one of the few cars that actually deserves to be tested there. A Cadillac ATS...not so much.

May 2012. My bad

Got to see the Concordia in May 2011 after the accident. It's absolutely insane how close it was to the coast.

Good call! It happened so quickly that we couldn't get video

Thanks Paul!

Paul - any idea how long the flight took?

True. But don't discount the DCTs as being boring through the twisties.

Definitely personal preference at this point. Straight automatic vs manual...manual all the way. But...with dual clutch technology these days, they are a worthy competitor. Each has it's advantages and disadvantages. Both on a GTI are a blast

I had a 135 with the DCT and would say that VW's DSG is on point with it. PDK is the king, but DCT and DSG/S-Tronic are definitely worthy competitors.

The DSG is faster too

An A7 TDI would be badass!!!

Amen brother. Love the TDIs. The perfect cars to eat up long commutes. Hey, you've got the C for the weekends!

Those are some monster MPG figures! Still have the C63?
