Wow, you’re incredibly narrow sighted.

They’re red so if you’re in a crash and dazed can can rely on something other than feel and muscle memory. It also helps first responders, they don’t immediately cut seat belts unless it’s a serious accident.

You realize the Government is not some monolithic entity right?

It means literally nothing unless you’re ogling photos of the interior.

While being in the car you’ll never see it.

No, if it’s swapped to a newer (not 25 year old motor) it can’t fall under the 25 year rule for import.

You can swap it here, but not before it’s through customs.

Do you not understand how a motorcycle tire works? With with does not matter, it’s only the contact patch.

You need to go back and relearn some basic physics.

Just wait until I explain the history behind the first generation W126 automatic climate control.

You’re so out of touch it’s not even funny.

That’s not what sells cars. Manufactures are trying to sell cars.

It’s not that difficult to understand.

Some of us have lives, jobs, minimal financial resources or patience to deal with things like this.

If you’d pay all my bills and get the the time off work I’d gladly pursue it.

I don’t know where you think this stuff up. Manufactures put in almost zero effort to make sure their cars will be sustainable as future classics.

I did that for 2 years when I was in school, as a temporary life style it’s tough but don’t make it permanent. It will seriously impact your happiness as proven by several studies.

Is the power band really that murderous?

I measure my life one smoked left front wheel bearing at a time.

I’m not a drag race expert but my understanding is trap speeds are a indicator of overall horsepower (under the curve), not the composite of reaction time and horsepower.

If the trap speeds are similar they’re making similar horsepower. Now would you be able to see a 20 hp difference via trap speed alone? I don’t know.

Back when odometers were physical devices/displayed all the time it’s a common tactic for worried spouses or investigators to keep track of your mileage.

If your husband works 14 miles from home, and says he was at the office working late came straight home and he comes back with 68 miles driven you know something is up

Or you’ve simply sloggled longer on your hour commute to work 6 days a week.

That was a problem with high temperature stability in the new fully eco friendly/recyclable harness insulation. That’s just plain bad materials engineering, not the fault of the harness design itself.

The chance that a harness (not just a connector) is damaged is so slight that the risk of a poor connection from a modular hardness is not worth the risk.

That’s why you’ve seen everyone, including VW go away from a modular system (Central Electrics II) in the late 90's.

We’d give our drivers 15% of their fuel savings above a company set target. They loved it and they’re not beating on the trucks nearly as hard which is more valuable than the fuel savings itself.

The whole concept that’s we’re here to make and save money together is so critical to build into the culture.

How do you

I’ve seen what the do to these motors in durability. I honestly think the 3.5/2.7 will be 200,000 mile motor. It looks like they’ve sorted out much of the chain stretch issues. Otherwise they’ve been solid motors.

There is a ton of head room left in the 3.5. I’m not sure where you’re coming from.
