Unless jezebel is leaking severely you should obviously have seen the sarcasm. It’s a joke, you seriously think Musk even knows, or cares about the flamingo population near the mine?

His engine in a small light purpose built race car? I think he’d understand the motivation but not actually like the completed project.

Their new engines are actually quite reliable. The twin turbo V6 is heavily based on the Pentastar v6. They’re expensive because the bits are hard to access and the parts are expensive. They’re not inherently unreliable or maintenance heavy engines.

That GT350 motor is a wreck. Little birdies tell me that engine is going away or getting a complete redesign. Those motors will not be long lived mark my words.

Most realtors are people that are either too greedy and/or bad at their original day jobs. Few are actual professionals and take their work seriously.

Not to dive too deep into the distribution structure but Ford plant X in Europe buys parts from a distributor/warehouse. That distributor deals with supplying the plant what they need to keep production running. This is different than in the US where you sell directly to OE or Tier 1/2 suppliers with centralized

Walder Frey in a bomber jacket?

You get it.

Tesla is only a (semi) major player because of Musk and the combination of his charisma and assets. His marketing scheme is actually very similar to how Trump act’s (turned down several notches) and it works very effectively.

It’s not about results, it’s about innovation. Even then it’s not about innovation

I work for an automotive supplier who provides parts to every manufacture save for the Koreans. We sell a ton of parts to distributor(s) in the UK. They resell to plants in mainland Europe. Right now they’re in a seriously tough spot with the currency drop.

Detroit is actually a pretty nice place now, you’ll see 20 something women out walking their dogs at night in midtown.

The city has changed dramatically in the last 5 years, the last 3 have been incredible.

They test on the major highways, not through the middle of the city. When people talk about “Detroit” they’re

It’s basically a “Does this person need a city provided car? If so you get a Crown Vic” type question.

It’s big, safe, cheap to fix and has a low cost of ownership besides fuel.

He’s selling it but can’t be bothered to clean up the garbage in the car?

Not a chance, this guy is an animal.

It looks like the Prowler has a thing for tall Swedish girls.

Some people make cars better in their ownership, some people destroy them. More often than not the ultra low, fart can exhaust crowd destroys more cars than they make better.

On the other side TDI guys (who know their stuff) tend to make cars better in their tenure of ownership.

The water you drank today is likely recycled pee, that’s how the biosphere works......

This is at best a proof of concept. I have a hard time believing all of the thermal efficiency loss of an I6 makes it worth forgoing a flywheel. I’d love to see their simulation data that pushed them this route.

It’s a Subaru, of course it needs the oil topped off!

It’s a real country you know? People are resourceful and understand what’s valuable to those outside their boarders.

Because now they generated press and we’re thinking/talking about it.

You realize most things are marketing driven right? People are going to ask “What’s new” with this version.

So like every tuner in the country?
