Without atmospheric conditions listed that’s not a very useful comparison.

That’s adorable. You think you know what you’re talking about.
How dare I want to actually experience a vehicle first hand and not take my opinion from some college drop out, low functioning journalist.
The most effective car shopping is done at the auto show. I’d never drive to a Lexus dealer but their auto show booth got me into one which resulted in a test drive.
My free time is worth $35 an hour at minimum.
I’m just throwing out examples with the work and school cases, I’m not trying to make them pass scrutiny for most people.
I spend a solid hour a day on errands, I’d more than willingly take the energy and mileage expense to have that free time back.
Having autonomous delivery…
I imagine it as more of a boutique service at first but there is no reason I can’t unlock the car remotely when I see my dry cleaner lady come out with my laundry through the 360 degree camera app. Say thanks via the interior Sync system and have it drive off to my next stop.
It’s more miles driven because it’s back and forth to work 4 times, the kid would otherwise take the bus and you’d batch your errands into the most efficient route or maybe not run them at all.
I agree it could reduce some congestion after 5pm but people still need to get to and from work at the same times.
Personally…
Because it’s possible people will send their cars home once they’re dropped off work to charge, drive their child to school, or run errands. Those are normally miles not driven because you’re stuck at work and physically can’t drive them.
Trust me, GM is all over the fix at this point.
I can see you’ve never owned an Alfa.
Florida is crazy. U turns at every crossing possible?
We do get the Fiesta with the one liter (that’s what I drive) and the Cruz with the 1.4 turbo both with a manual. I’ve been in an Up when I was in Rome, the interior is certainly a step up. I’d also love to have independent rear suspension without going to a Focus sized car.
There was no 2016 Mirage. I’m totally fine with buying a 2015. I’ve bought 3 of my 4 new cars one model year old on the lot.
If it has zero miles with the factory warranty it’s new.
Don’t be dense. I just priced on out at my local dealer for $8467 out the door. Have you ever heard of discounts? Look them up on cars.com.
A Spark and a Mirage can be had for $8,000 brand new. I don’t know why you’d ever pick the Mitsu.
I can’t believe how whitewashed this whole Nissan-Mistu deal is.
Nissan purposefully crash their stock price, then swooped in to pick up controlling interest in Mitsubishi at a 43% discount. You can’t tell me this was not planned beforehand.
The plastic trim does just fine if you actually maintain in.
I think you’re very confused, NVH stands for Noise, Vibration and Harshness. It’s not a legal requirement, it’ s a generic catch all for how the car feels/sounds to the passengers.
I’m in the same boat, after 10 years in the industry I can hardly read the comments anymore. 99% of forums are places I won’t touch.
Modern NVH requirements won’t allow that. Simple things like a stiffness change in the unibody made us redesign the rear suspension and rear brake system of a very new vehicle to meet the NVH requirements.
You can’t just drop in car parts, there’s so much refinement that goes into each design you don’t realize.
No way any of the suspension is original.
