It’s way beyond 5k. I had a tune on my Mk4 Golf TDI that pushed it past 6k. It still made power up there.

I bet you $10 it’s going to brick quite a few vehicles with the consumer update.
I was thinking old school Toyota style.
Is the early 2000’s old school?
Umm, no. not at all. Putting the filter down that low is a idiotic idea.
The chrome is what kills it. Stamped into the sheet metal it would be fine.
CF velocity stacks? Guuuhhhh, I need a moment alone.
Aww hell yeah, this is one rare bird. Who does not have some B3 love?
I sexually identify as a cheese sandwich.

“This Machine Kills Polar Bears.”
You’re damn right it does.
Why is the nose so high??
No it’s located on top of the radiator. Also you’re missing a huge point. Cars are about economy not power 95% of the time. You actually want hot air coming in if at all possible.
Pretty much every car pulls engine air from the fender, it’s not taking hot air from under hood.
Unless it’s SAE certified horsepower manufacture claimed figures are useless. It’s a pissing match at that point.
Nah, these are awesome. They’re using them as a design element, not just some blob.
Ram air gives you at most a percent or two at high speeds, at 70 mph you’re not getting much.
Flick it again and and again, ooo yeah...
Just wait a few years, Chrysler will debut a 16 speed transmission.
People will still put 2 tons in it.
You don’t need a truck. It’s all the maintenance that’s not been done plus additional insurance and plates. A trailer will work for you 90% of the time, they are cheap to rent. If you need a real truck just rent one for $20 an hour or $70 a day.
If you needed a truck you’d have one already.
Show me a video where a FWD car is out accelerating a 458 or similar performance vehicle.
