It all depends on how it was signaled. If the corner work and track control was not on top of it it’s still not a driver problem.

The track was still hot!
Buy a shitty VW , rebuild the 020 linkage perfectly then practice until you figure it out or blow up the $100 transmission. Rinse and repeat. I’ve been heel toe shifting every day on the street for 5 years now and I’m getting pretty good at it. A lower reving engine is also helpful when starting out up to a point.
That’s all the suspension travel?
You are misunderstanding what you read then. I worked on part of the D4 development, there are some significant differences thus the new platform designation.
Where do you get this B.S. from? The Taurus is on the D3 global platform, the D4 version is what’s used in the Flex/Explorer .
If it’s all about handling why does it matter how much power it makes, why not use a 150 hp mill and save weight? It’s important because people want more than a noise pedal.
They don’t have to build the car, they will design it and have a manufacture make it for them.
If it put out 250 hp people would have bought more of them. Several people I know stayed with their WRX or went with a Focus ST.
Because passengers don’t exist?
They can not increase the output beyond the IEEE spec of 500ma. Any charger that does that is outside the specification thus for charging only not data.
Wealthy people (non rapper sort) like the Cayenne because it looks like the Porsche, that is to say it blends in a bit. The G Wagen is the choice for those a bit more brash (and who don’t care about ride comfort) It’s the same reason those people have 911/R8 parked in the other bay not a not a Gallarado.
Get a phone mount, it totally changed how I use my phone in the car.
I appreciate your lengthy reply. I’ve owned trucks all across the spectrum. I owned a rabbit pick up, a 4 cylinder ranger, a Dodge D 250 with the 5.9 LA gasser and drove a dualie 24 valve tuned Cummins towing 12k lbs every single day for 3 years. I know trucks, I’ve lived with the every day for years. I’m not just…
Jalopnik not giving me shitty advice and not telling me to by some heinously expensive exotic because it’s cheap?
They have a goal for zero people to be serious injured in/by a Volvo by 2020 (was it 2020?) If that’s true they need to fit this system as standard in the near future.
My coworked just picked up a 2015 Sierra to replace his 2013 (Don’t ask) but they moved away from the suicide doors to a standard 4 door set up. The suicide doors are very hard on the hinges and don’t wear as well as a standard configuration door. Everything is NVH driven.
If you’re doing truck things 50 times a year it’s probably worth it if you really don’t like the light trailer idea. I have one like this that my elderly mother can move around the yard by hand. I flip it on its side next to my garage when I’m not going to be using it for a week or two.
I can rent a fullsize mini van or a F 150 for $60-80 a day ($48 if I’m lucky) with unlimited miles. The yearly fuel economy difference between a 15k miles a year in a GM full size at 18 mpg (you’ll actually get around 14-16 in the real world) and a car that gets 30 mpg is $1000 a year with gas at $3 a gallon.…
I noticed you did not mention the Audi Q7/Cayenne cousins, did you take a look at them? I’ve towed 7k lbs with both Cayenne GTS and Turbo versions, they out classed anything short of a dualie pick up I’ve towed with. I suspect the Cayenne/Q7 with the diesel would be similar to the Bluetec 350 in performance and…
