Hypothetically you would need one magic fucking car to drive over oceans, but yes - you could drive faster than a solar plane.

The profit comes from the fact that Google charges apple licensing fees to use their services. Google isn't going to charge android devices to use their own services, therefore the profit comes from iOS devices.

They typically aren't. In my experience they are usually a few dollars cheaper, which is probably the price of making/distributing a physical book.

To be fair, most smartphones can be used without a data plan. You may think it's pointless to do it, but depending on where you live/work/go to school there is a decent chance you can pick up wifi signals wherever you go.

Free just displays adds in the top corner while you play. It's easy enough to ignore, but can be annoying sometimes when it blocks what you are trying to see.
