I was raised Catholic. Went to a school that was Catholic but open to everyone and also a good school, so it also had a bunch of wealthy mainline Protestants, some African-American Baptists, a few rather secular children of rock musicians, the occasional Jewish student, etc.

The blind spot that some people have when it comes to religion is insane. The fact that there are doctors who wholly believe in the “virgin birth” of Jesus just blows my mind.
