Magnemite’s been busy, I see.

Saw a bunch on the beach after Hermine blew past Florida. These things get pretty freaking big.

And the ten-foot-gap people. I like to pull into the gap right in front of them to make them feel uncomfortably close. Fuck them with titanium pineapples.

Man, Blake Bortles to Allen Robinson. Three 4th down conversions between those two. Insane.

Although I liked it better than the first two, I can see why some like them more.

All the Sleeper needs is you be respectful in your pronoun usage. Cthulu prefers It/Him/Her.

Except for The Return of the King, which was goddamn glorious.

Cthulu finds your lack of capitalization of pronouns gloriously maddening.

I don’t feel one way or another, but you really should figure out the distinguishing characteristics between lions and tigers.

I know I shouldn’t believe you.

WHAT? The high priest of the Great Old Ones? The Sleeper of R’lyeh? The one who waits dreaming? The one who waits dreaming? Cthulu!

Waited for a Cthulu-related punchline. Left disappointed.

Is that the plaque episode? If so, her character becomes significantly less self-righteous after that.

I think the intent was to avoid an overarching plot. It was meant to be a hodgepodge of individual stories.

Man, I loved Welcome to the NHK. That slow burn of mental instability is mesmerizing. Aside from the obviously shitty shows, the only one I haven’t been able to watch again is Now and Then, Here and There. It’s ridiculously brutal.

I get what you mean, though I find already knowing the chronology makes it a more enjoyable experience.

I’d add Welcome to the NHK, Baccano, and Planetes to this list.

I got that reference.

We call that rigor mortis.
