Actually, many of there panels are laser-cut. The aluminum fenders/wings on the four-wheeler are super-formed by a subcontractor in nearby Worcester. OTOH, much of the fitting and assembly is done while the car is atop two wooden saw-horses. (I’ve done the factory tour.)
