I was wondering since I know not a single person who uses the steam workshop to mod any of their Elder Scrolls games. But that might have to do that most of them started out with Morrowind or Oblivion, and those were initially released long before they arrived on Steam, so everybode was accustomed to manual patching.
Pl

When did you ever install mods for any kind of Elder Scrolls game through the Steam store? There are launchers for that from the popular mod sites, that are also necessary when you start running several hundred mods, because the load order is very important to avoid conflicts.
Apart from that, I wouldn’t bet that MS

Horizon is only on PC because Death Stranding used the same engine. Also, it arrived on PC years after the console port - basically the game with expansion could be had from the bargain bin on console for 20€, when the PC version sold for 50€.
Same with other PC ports, if it was a Sony console game, you had to wait

To be honest, you don’t have to do that much optimizing on PC, that’s what the drivers from hardware vendors are there for.
You program for an API like DirectX, and this then talks to the drivers which have to react appropriately and produce the desired results.
You can optimize some of these calls, since certain

As far as I know, first party games will not be removed ever. But if you want the premium versions, or expansions, you will still have to buy them - fair enough in my book.
The Outer Worlds was removed for a time, then came back after MS bought the studio, and is now here to stay.
So yes, 3rd party games will be removed

Basically we can do both. Sony has PS Plus which allows us to play a limited selection of games on PC through Streaming, and Microsofts Xbox Game Pass does the same in its full-blown variant (and also on Android devices).
The difference in my experience is that Sony is withholding great games from its service until

Do it on a slip road that was designed to put boats into the water on trailers instead of a muddy pond edge - no truck required. Did something like this with a Suzuki SJ Samurai, that little thing was also able to pull a horse trailer with two horses inside over steep mountains. Most fun thing we did with it: Pull out

to be fair, I was comparing those pickups to 20-25 year old Volvos and VW transporters ^^
Those get the same or slightly better mpg than those current trucks, modern are much more fuel efficient.
Indeed, if there is enough space around, the safety aspect is the main gripe with those trucks. I find it hilarious, that a

Now playing

True nowadays. I was really astounded that the Volvo 850 estate is lower than a regular current VW Golf - and narrower too.
Still feels more roomy inside somehow.
About the MPG: a 25 year old Volvo 850 T5 will sit at around 22mpg combined, true. Especially when driven a lot on the Autobahn - got it down to 27mpg when

If you don’t like it, get a German specced one. No way this yoke makes it through Tüv, they have a hard enough time approving steering wheels that are flattened on one side for easier in-/egress, this one won’t fly with them at all. You are p.ex. not allowed to use a yoke-style wheel in your K.I.T.T. replica too when

Sadly, through the pandemic prices have soared here too. Got my Caravelle for less than 3000€ (with automatic climate control, 102hp TDI), had to fix some stuff, but it drives fine.
But nowadays, I’d have to pay a lot more for it - and fully kitted out camper vans or special editions go for 20.000€ used (starting from

I never said that. I will stand by my claim though that most people, that buy trucks do not need the possibilities they provide most times of the year, or ever. And for those one or two special occasions, you could rent one.
Now, there are a few (very few) people who will admit: Yeah, I drive this thing because I just

I do not dispute that there is a use for that towing capacity, however for the few days a year you need it, it would be cheaper (and better for the environment too) to just rent a fitting car for the few days, instead of hauling all that stuff along every day that makes no sense p.ex. in an urban environment. For all

I was just saying that none of them have a “perfect” store at the moment.
But I cannot replicate your points, when my subscription ran out, I was able to uninstall games normally the way you uninstall practically everything in Windows - using the normal app control panel from the settings menu. And it never failed to

eh, are we talking about the same app? I do not mean the xbox companion app, but the xbox app, the one that is a self-contained launcher for the games etc...
With mine, there is a button that directs you to the gamepass stuff directly, and then you can either browse everything in the large window or search by name -

I had to laugh hard, as a Miata owner I feel like this with any normal-sized SUV behind me ^^

a bike does not really do much damage on impact compared to a car hitting you at the same speed.
We call drivers who drive faster than their guardian angels can fly “organ donors” here.
I can understand the fascination of driving fast on a bike. But a friend of mine quit driving his sports bike, after for 8 years every

They’re capable vehicles that can take the family to school and also haul the boat out to the lake. It’s hard to argue with that.”
No, it is not.
My Volvo wagon could do everything that is described there, and it had more than ample legroom for adults on the back seats for a trip lasting hundreds of miles to a

So basically, this is where buying overweight oversized vehicles that have no real reason to be that big unless you’re overweight too bites you in the ass?

Just use the Xbox app on PC, it has its own pane for the GamePass, from which you can access and install all available games. I never use the windows store app for anything concerning GamePass.
