If you're in a house with no HD and only one device likely to be used (example, my parents have an SD tv, their Wii has Netflix and theyre very unlikely to stream on a computer) than why not save the dollar?

I think it was the update they released for KitKat (KK dumped the blue for white everywhere else and so did that update so I assume.)

They said it was never meant to be a public use thing, and just for testing. However true that is is up to what you're willing to believe.

My wife still has a Verizon plan (I have AT&T) and she was complaining that her S4 wouldnt sent MMS on wifi, she had to turn off wifi to send or recieve MMS. I said I have NEVER had that problem on my AT&T S3 and looked into it. Its a Verizon only issue, and Verizon seems rather apathetic about it. Something to do

whatever device you're using that gets updates that often, I wish I had it. Id rather have steady updates than never getting one.

Are you on Verizon? Thats a known issue that Verizon doesnt seem to care about.

Oh yeah, Google Keyboard used to be great at word prediction but within the last month or so it updated and now its HORRID.

I dont like how they took away AppOps from standard Android on my Nexus 7. Im actually hesitant to ever update my phone to 4.4 because of it, (assuming the S3 gets a 4.4 update)

According to my wife, salted butter is made using older/inferior cream. The salt helps preserve and mask it. So she only buys unsalted.

I *LOVE* my OUYA. I had zero interest in owning a home console this past generation and this upcoming generation. This thing is the perfect compliment to my PC rig.

I like mine. Have yet to regret backing it at all.

10$ is 10%. Thats not bad. Also this is the first "sale" I ever saw, and I'm pretty sure it still comes with 10$ in app-store credit

Yeah, bums me out. Bums me out more that OUYA users have to wait 3 months to get the update to have the same content as the PS4.

Yes, but that would involve making an app for the Google Play store, something they clearly do not want. They want Android users to buy Kindle.

Zombies Run will work with the accelerometer in your phone to allow treadmill running, but I am told the random zombie chases are much harder to evade on a treadmill.

The only Amazon Instant Video app in both the Play store and the Amazon Appstore are for Google TV. You cannot watch Amazon Instant Video on an Android device unless it says Kindle on it.

Google said at the time, but the media never bothered to cover as in depth as the original "scandal" that they never had any intention of blocking local streaming content. Their Chromecast SDK was incomplete and subject to change at any time. That is why that local content app broke. The App Dev was just a prissy

I'm genuinely too curious not to ask. Why do you not have any interest in a smartphone?

They kind of need to make an app for phones and tablets before that will ever happen.
