I dont understand this logic of thinking. If the so called "Google Machine" didn't also benefit you, I could see this as an argument. But Google's platform works because it helps you as much as it profits off you.

I've never put a custom ROM on my S3, but this is making me interested, if its really that simple. Though, I have a question. I keep hearing that some features introduced in CM show up on the Vanilla Android releases later on. What features does CM have that Android doesnt (yet)?

All of them.

We speak English and not Latin. The difference being that English is a living language that changes and Latin is a dead language that does not change.

You're actually the first person Ive heard call the grinding tedious. But the people Ive heard like it are those people 100% against paying for apps for some reason so I guess theyre used to grinding and dont mind.

Well, Chromecast doesn't run Android, it runs Chrome.

Im not arguing that they make their money from digital media content, but why is there still no Instant Video app out for Android? It makes no sense to me.

Not really a missed deal, but the Humble Mobile Bundle just updated to include 3 more games.

No... Its just a media streaming device. Why would it have a microphone?

We're talking about Amazon's Instant Video here so I figured the [Instant Video] part of an Amazon App was understood.
