Whats worse than tipping waitresses is tipping delivery drivers. Theyre making the same $2 and change and theyre using their gas and putting miles on their car to bring you food, and all most people tip is 2 bucks. When I was a driver, I barely made 4$ an hour some days after factoring expenses.
