You seem very confused as to what this conversation is about.

I have a TV, my PC simply isn't connected to it...

I just recall trying to make it work and it wouldn't. Maybe my hardware was too old or something. Didn't look into it as I don't have a telly setup anyway.

Yep, getting 10 friends was a pain for people who didn't use Steam's social layer, and you also had to install and run Big Picture mode, which is a pain for a lot of people who just use a desktop.

Kinda lame that they ran a competition which was actually quite laborious to enter and turned out to be impossible to win for anybody other than US citizens.

Mainly they just... limit it...

It's already gone that way. Which developers are actually making games for it any more? At any rate the number of developers making games for its gamepad is now zero.

Portal 2 doesn't attain greatness because it was a puzzle game, and the puzzle gameplay wasn't very good. Out of a six hour or so game, I had to stop and think perhaps twice. That by definition is a failure of puzzle game design. They clearly gave no thought to approaching difficulty levels, and the game commentary
