I went through the list she provided and they aren't mentioned there. It's difficult to identify a lot of what's in the pic and match it against the list. The yellow package looks like one of those throwaway rain ponchos to me.
Usually you can't unsubscribe by address but only by name. I have a longish foreign name and I see it's quite frequently misspelled on the crap that I get. You need to match this misspelling when filling out web forms to unsubscribe.

You can hide your desktop icons and still access them if you create a new Quicklaunch folder pointing at the desktop. Clicking it opens a menu resembling the old Windows 95 start menu.

The best way to proceed would be if passwords were different every time one was needed. This is essentially what two step verification is. If we needed to pull our cellphone out when we needed to log in somewhere there would be no passwords to be compromised… ever. That would save leaving our DNA lying around…
