Yeah, it is a really frustrating flaw in an otherwise entertaining package. It’s the worst low speed fueling of any bike I have ever ridden. 4stroke, 2stroke, carb, FI, ever. It’s unfortunate.

I’ve seen people snap U-Bolts on the trail many times before. Always been able to duct tape, bailing wire, strap them in place well enough to limp them off the trail without further carnage.

These cars are REALLY heavy for the handling and acceleration they bring to the table. Even with their relatively massive brakes, it’s not hard to cook them (In the Model S and X, haven’t had a chance to flog the 3 yet) in a little spirited canyon driving so they definitely should not be any smaller.

I went from a fully built 2008 FJ Trail Teams to a 2016 4 Runner Limited and a 2008 LX570 (Landcruiser with Hydraulic Suspension and softer leather). They are both great trucks but the cruiser, even being 8 years and 100k miles older, feels and drives like a much much nicer vehicle.

If I was in the market for a new Porsche or two and wanted to sample the line up before committing this doesn’t sound like a bad way to actually live with multiple cars day to day for an extended period of time vs. shelling out six figures after a 20 minute test drive.
