I couldn't agree more. While I am forced to live here I strongly encourage you to spare yourself the misery and remain elsewhere.

A snorkel is a great idea for those that will encounter deep water crossings but you need to be aware that water can do a lot more damage than just hydrolocking your engine. Especially on a modern vehicle. You might make it through your day of wheeling without issue only to have problems pop up down the road. One

I would nominate the Marble, CO airport. It's a barely there town in the middle of the rocky mountains with a strip of grass that crazy people occasionally land planes on. Once you get there you can turn your head from side to side and take in the entire town and then eat some delicious smoked meats at Slow Groovin'

Agreed, another decade of progress and my FJ only gets maybe 1MPG better, also with 33's, though I don't drive around with the diff's locked. I had a 2dr Cherokee for a few years, loved the crap out of that thing, sold it with a quarter million miles on it and still running strong!

You're right along my lines of thinking... I have an 08 FJ Cruiser with a Hannibal Rooftop Tent, Awning, Dometic Fridge, Solar Power, Onboard Hot Water... yeah it's silly. But it's like a self-contained go-anywhere mini-RV and it's a hoot!

Are there many hardcore console gamers that don't buy the next gen on launch day or immediately thereafter? I mean they only come along like once a decade, why not shell out when the new hotness arrives... ?

The person in question passed the road side tests and the officer could determine no sign of impairment and indeed it had been nearly 24 hours since the person had last

Here in Colorado as we have DWAI (Driving while ability impaired) and DUI. DWAI is a "lesser" offense and has a BAC limit of 0.05 vs 0.08 for DUI. The reality here seems to be that both crimes are punished in a similar fashion so you are screwed even if you are well below the 0.08 limit.

Love the bird! Great video!

He's off the throttle before he's over the crest. If he would have kept his foot in it he would have landed flatter. Likely would have still been some carnage but not as bad as burying the nose into the pavement.

That would make a lot more sense.

I think the steepest or one of the top few steepest inbound runs is at my little local mountain.

Sounds like good fun to me. My buddies and I used to frequent a locals Lowes Parking lot on snowy days and setup a racetrack with cones. Or if we forgot the cones we would mark the course with snowmen.
