“So whatever you choose to do, just know that you should have gone to the Wind Temple, and not going to it will just make the game worse for you on purpose.”
“Sure, the game doesn’t sit with the implications of that very long, but you do.”
So you’re saying that disagreeing with someone’s opinion on video games, and sharing said disagreement, is worse than physical assault and verbal abuse? You’re literally telling this person they’re terrible because they shared their opinion about someone else’s opinion. And you essentially advocated physical violence. …
Yeah. When I saw the first few seconds of the trailer for the Castlevania DLC, I was extremely excited. Until I realized it was the same game but just some DLC. I already had my fill of Dead Cells. I won't be buying the DLC.
I’m not entirely sure what your point is. Even if Haunted Chocolatier came out tomorrow, it would still be 7 years since Stardew Valley was released. More realistically, it’s still 2-3 years away and will be closer to a decade, but even then.. it’s not my point for a few reasons. It isn’t Stardew Valley 2. I’m talking…
Sure. I’m not saying it isn’t easier to update an existing product. Especially if you can monetize the updates. But I don’t know if there are more failed sequels than there are overall sequels that have succeeded. I’m not saying there aren’t, but I don’t have any way to quantify those numbers overall. It is true…
The “infinite update” mentality is exactly why we don’t have things like Stardew Valley 2 or Terraria 2. I’ve said this before and most people slam me for it and say I should just play the new content for those games. But the reality is I don’t want to. I beat Terraria four times. I don’t want to play that game…
I feel the MMO genre would be so much better and would have advanced a lot more if they were designed less with the focus of endless grind. It may have helped solidify fanbases years ago, but players not wanting to move on to new things (because the old ones never stop updating) is exactly why most new MMOs have just…
It's a business. They basically all try to make as much money as they can. The only reason other companies don't do this is that their games don't sell as well. If people stopped buying them constantly, then the prices would drop. We're screwed by their success. Nintendo games just keep selling well forever.
Trails from Zero is already on sale on Switch for $31.99. Not too bad.
I think one of the things that isn’t being mentioned here that’s at least worth considering is that Brawl Stars gave out such easily earned boxes (and infinitely earnable boxes, essentially) that most of the regular players actually had dozens of even hundreds of stacked up loot boxes but had all the rewards, because…
The original comment I replied to literally said “where is the money going to” and specifically said it was bad to use. They were never talking about Crunchyroll being terrible to work for. Talk about missing the original point. They’re saying it isn’t a worthwhile service and they’re acting like the money paid isn’t…
I actually assumed she has skinned the Pink Panther and used tufts of his pelt for the dress.
How are you any different with your “dude”?
I don't know if I could disagree more with a list. Felicity and Sara shouldn't even be on this list. Diggle and Slade Wilson should be way higher. Laurel should be somewhere. Nora Dahrk too. And Ray Palmer should be top five. Leonard Snart as well. And just too many other changes...
That’s not at all what I said and it isn’t at all the implication. This person is saying “where is the money going” like they’re paying insane fees and getting nothing in return. It’s like going to McDonald’s and buying a Sausage McMuffin breakfast sandwich for $1.19 and demanding to know where the money is going like…
I don’t think it was cute, though.
No, it’s not. You’re misunderstanding the value completely. It’s true that a $140 expenditure will get you the $15 off, but $7 of that $140 is money that’s giving you nothing except paying into the value of the $15 savings. The $200 is all going to actual products from PF Chang’s. You’re spending an additional $6.99…
Except for the fact that the initial $6.99 cost devalues the free $15 you get by an amount greater than the increased rate at which you get points. You'd have to go multiple times a month with said family of four to pass the break point.
