This show pretty much summed up as a textbook definition of a popcorn anime for me. Sure it has some personal drama... But the vampires have attack choppers, and the humans use magic longbows. So there is that.

I’m pretty sure these people are all at a convention, and people cosplay at conventions. Nothing wrong with drrssing up and wanting your picture taken, even if it’s a prearranged photoshoot.
