I’ve lived in 6 different cities throughout California and have seen people spit on the sidewalk in all of them. I also saw plenty of people spit on the sidewalk when I had a vacation in Florida.

Regarding body composition I always was fond of Jean-Charles Skarbowsky. Pouchy beer belly but could fight like the devil. Had the honor to visit one of his Muay Thai seminars once. Yea, that’s what I thought too. My son did OIT for peanuts, and it took a few years but he did eventually “graduate” and is considered no longer allergic to peanuts. His blood tests were negative and after going off the OIT protocol and undergoing a food challenge at the allergists he passed. He still eats peanut…
