I honestly wish ANY company would start using models that are more diverse size-wise. I’m a 12 and I don’t fit in plus sizes but shopping online is difficult because the models are always stick thin and size 2. It’s hard to imagine how the clothes would look on someone with breasts. Like the latest thing seems to be

Honestly, I feel like Trump is just trying to destroy the Republican party. This can’t be for real, right? Right?!?!

It seems like every formerly higher-end retailer is sending their quality to shit. I used to get most of my work clothes at Loft and last time I checked, I couldn’t find a single top that wasn’t see-through. And the last one I bought which I bought in spite of the fact that it was too thin and almost see-through, got

Yes, exactly. It appears to me that she has never wanted anything more than to be Hillary Rodham, but due to a sexist populace she’s had to go by Hillary Clinton during elections for the sake of her husband’s and her political careers. Then once the election is over she goes back to the compromise Hillary Rodham

I feel like Ms. has just replaced Miss as far as general usage. Mrs. is still everywhere and it really grates on me. I kept my name but since I have had kids I get Mrs. Lastname all the time. I hate it but it isn’t worth correcting everyone.

That’s what I thought too. I thought HRT was standard of care for women who had to go through surgical menopause very young. Anyway, good for her, but as a sufferer of PCOS who is often estrogen-deprived, the hot flashes and night sweats are absolutely miserable and I will be getting on the hormone train as soon as

I like her songs fine but they get played to death on the radio until I hate them. I’d never pay money for them; just wait 10 minutes and “Hello” will be playing somewhere.

When my husband and I first moved in together, we both came with full-sized beds. We tried to share one of the beds, but it ended up being a nightmare. I was going through a really stressful time and having trouble sleeping as it was (somehow in college I managed to share the same full-sized bed with my ex and had no

It enrages me that the one holiday that is supposed to be about being thankful for what you have has turned into another fucking shopping frenzy. Cut it the fuck out already.

I don’t think they’ve thought ahead past “grab ALL THE THINGS. NOW!” because the whole system is not sustainable. I honestly can’t comprehend greed that vast. An extra 10k a year would be LIFE CHANGING for us. I can’t even imagine having millions and it not being enough.

I have a similar problem. Some of my hair is really curly, some is just kinda wavy. The lose waves sit on top of the curls and it looks like a frizzy mess. I’ve tried so many products, and I no longer brush it except in the shower with conditioner in. Still I can’t get it to a uniform texture.

Thank you! This was super helpful and so good to hear from someone local. I LOVE outdoorsy stuff, but I just can’t tolerate being out in 90+ degree heat, so I don’t get out as much as I’d like here.

That’s such bullshit. But I think typical for the older generation of men. My dad thought it was ridiculous that I expected my husband to take 2 weeks off and help with night feedings.

I usually get a burrito with

Great job Amazon. Now it’s time to stop staffing your warehouses with permatemps through staffing agencies and requiring them to pull orders so quickly it risks their health/life.

My husband used his two weeks of paid vacation for the year. I’m grateful he was able to do that because I know a lot of women whose husbands went back to work right away or took a couple days at most. 6 weeks paternity leave would be amazing.

Thank you! Well, unfortunately we have a lot of limitations - have to be able to buy a house in a decent neighborhood with good schools for $250k, needs to be a city with a significant tech sector, but prefer not a huge city with tons of traffic. I want to get out of the Bible Belt, and I’d prefer to live in the

Well, I live in the South and HATE the climate here. I’ve been wanting to move for over 10 years, but it’s not that easy to find a job across the country. Especially when you’re moving from a place with a low COL to a higher COL and you need a significant raise. I mean, executives, academics, and other hard to fill

AMEN from a fellow Texan! I’m so excited that it’s finally cooling down!

Move to the South. you’ll be praying for the end of summer every year. Personally, I went for a lovely walk last night in 60 degree weather and all I could say was yippeee! FINALLY! Yeah, we still get less sunlight, but we can actually enjoy the sunlight we do have and go outside.
