Aren’t like 40% of Kotaku articles “Someone said something bad on the internet”?

“A guy is making money creating human good, that makes him evil”

This is what you people actually sound like.

No, didn’t you hear? We all hate Mr. Beast now for some reason. It’s been like 4 days. We’re never supposed to say his name, as he has become an un-person.

Kratos: “...” *polishes axe*

“People on the internet form a collective to do something dumb. Story at 11"

You can just enjoy the wonderful episode 3, and talk about it with people who love it. Stop feeding in to the Yelpification of modern life.

BMI being a flawed measure doesn’t address the simple fact that Americans are, by every single other measure, becoming fatter and less healthy. Weight related or induced health problems, especially Type 2 Diabetes, have increased dramatically in the same time period. Obesity as a word can exist without ties to BMI.

As a PS5 owner, I just console myself in the mountains of amazing console exclusive games I have that have actually come out.

But I’m sure Starfield will actually come out this year and like all Bethesda games be incredibly playable at launch.

No one with a 40+ inch waistline is a healthy weight, so it’s moot to this article.

And humans didn’t evolve in 30 years to be on average 10 pounds heavier as “healthy”

American is full of wobbly fatso jiggle gobs, and the sooner we stop pretending that there are no health consequences, the better.

Why it worked? I don’t know, but I have no ideas or plans to ever do that again because it was not pleasant” Chastain said.

> “like nobody deserves to be fat unless they’re fat but also killing cats or something”

Do people deserve different cosmic justice consquences problems for killing different cute animals? If so do people who kill horses get scurvy?

You’re wrong. The study used **exactly the same (2019) standards** when comparing datasets, and *still* found a doubling of obeseness.

I’m saying companies should be under no legal obligation to handle obese individuals. And if the equipment to handle obese Americans is not feasibly cost effective, that is their right as a business to not spend the money. Just like it’s your right to not give Universal Studios your money if you don’t like.

And yet, the number of people on the chart that hasn’t changed in the interim in the obese ranged has doubled, but we suddenly have to pretend this isn’t a national epidemic created by decades of bad food policy and lifestyle incentives in 2023 because feewings.

The same CDC dataset cited noted that 42% of Americans are obese, a number that doubled since 1990. Not overweight: obese. 2/3 of adult Americans are now overweight. But I’m sure I’m in for a lecture or my post will get deleted for noting this.

He retired from public life in the 2010s, given his age (including his role as leader of the foundation he built to promote skepticism and expose charlatans), he did quite a bit with Penn and Teller as well before that.

He sadly passed in 2020, but he was definitely a force for good on this planet.

Just a reminder that Uri Gellar is a shit person who bilked idiots for money with mediocre magic tricks in the 70s before The Amazing Randi ruined his reputation on live television.

Mb, you’re right.

Too much Left 4 Dead mods over the Holiday break.

Druckmann said later on that his goal was to show the fungus was willing to spread “peacefully” (without biting, etc.), and resorted to violence primarily because people resist. It’s also worth noting that the lurkers (which is what the “kissing infected” was) are capable of more cunning and thought than other
