Arbitrary terms when dealing with roguelikes. I can say that the scope of Steamworld Heist is larger. Size is pretty meaningless in both games. It’s a fun, involved, 10 hour single playthrough game with very strong replayability. If that’s not worth 20 bucks, then that’s fine. But it seems absurd to say that price…

It’s not at all in the vein of Steamworld Dig. It’s a standalone game that is completely different. It shares an artistical style and pretty much nothing else.

Gotta give some love to Steamworld Heist (3DS e-shop game). This game is kind of flying under the radar, but it’s a very fun mash-up of XCom and Worms. It’s short at around 10 hours, but the developers said there will be an expansion soon. The boss fights are awesome.

I’m going to strongly suggest everyone pay the sub-10 dollar fee for DA:O complete on Steam. This game is significantly better on PC (very very clunky on the consoles), plus Awakening is an amazing expansion.

I’m going to go out on a limb and suggest that if her truck weighed 30 metric tonnes or english tons, the result wouldn’t really be much different on a bridge with a limit of 6 tons.

Acting feeds off directing. Abram’s is known for being a great “actor’s” director. George Lucas is infamous for seeing his actors as tools to tell the story his way.

This is what upsets me. Evolve was a legitimately fun game to play. At it’s best, it was perfect asymmetric multiplayer. But the price point, and the hilariously awful DLC model (where monsters cost upwards of 20 bucks) immediately killed that game.

It sucks because the time I played it was amazingly fun.
