Post-Mortems are actually a good thing. Now that everyone has had a chance to fully saturate themselves in the game, they have a chance to pick it apart and talk about how it could have been better. It's a very effective tool for growth in the video game business.

At least codecs are light hearted, interesting, filled with banter or game/world knowledge. It's the straight up cutscenes that takes more than 10 minutes to tell that can be overly long though.
