The history of Paypal as a terrible thing is part of why I roll my eyes when people talk about the genius Elon Musk.
Have you tried running GTA IV with all those mods on? Or looked at the Steam hardware surveys? There are A LOT of people running hardware that is multiple years old.
The fact that they didn't immediately get into the problem that plagues every sword fighting game "what happens when swords contact" made me knew that it was going to be trouble, as it doesn't matter how many stances and attacks you work out, if you don't have a good blocking/parry system, everything else is pointless.

Oh that I agreed, and I quit playing partway into my 3rd run when I realized how much time I spent in the AH.
I always thought the AH was more like a bad work-around for the terrible loot system. Which had TOO MUCH uninteresting randomness. Weapons had a limited number of stat slots, and limited ranges of what they could range, but the minimum didn't raise, and the stats and abilities on items could be ANYTHING, and since…
That is what I thought.
