It makes sense. The original game and it’s levels were designed around that restriction. Free movement could break it.

Stardust is the currency used to level up Pokemon. Usually not worth it unless the Pokemon is almost maxed out when caught.

I believe the comment is talking about the difficulty in color matching using pigments. Colors are created in digital media by mixing different wavelengths of light. Colors created for physical objects and print media require mixing pigments.

Any color can exist in real life, they just have to mix it. If it doesnt already “exist” then a company that has the money can make it happen. For example the green used by Starbucks is exclusively theirs and was created by them for brand identity purposes.
