I’ver been using the content on the Pure Relaxing Vibes YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/c/PureRelaxingVibes/videos) and they’ve been helpful for focus and falling asleep. Like Omega says they’re just rain noises-- usually with a bit of wind and maybe thunder every so often.

One thing to try is brown noise. It sounds like a falling waterfall. I find it best for blocking distractions without sounding like anything.
