In all fairness to Telluride, it actually is good to excellent at everything it does, looks nice inside-and-out, and is (was?) competitively priced.

The Tacoma is a dog ass terrible pickup, the cult following is just that- a cult. Gutless engine, bad transmission tuning, big time dive & squat from the suspension, cramped cabin, awful infotainment.... but at least they’re expensive.

I’d also like to throw all Teslas in the ring. In my experience, they drive just

Any crew-cab 1500 pick up truck. Too much room inside for 5 but not enough for more. Beds that are too small to really be used for work. I know that these aren’t enthusiast cars but they’re not that useful. I inherited an F-150 for work. Lease on it ended and I sold it. Happy to now be driving a minivan.

Morrowind Rebirth is the labor of someone who very clearly does NOT agree with the modern state of Bethesda games, and has thus spent thousands of hours trying to modernize one from 2003. Bethesda probably couldn’t hire him if they tried.

With that said, the dude behind Morrowind Rebirth needs a Job ASAP.

They have an astounding ability to craft amazing lore, but not so amazing in-game story.  I still love their games though.

Wanna move that couch? Throw it on the roof! Your kid needs dropped off at Alaskan military school? Shit, fam, jump in!

I hope her portfolio looks better than the dialogue writing for this mod’s trailer.

So if the mod is not out yet, how would Bethesda know how good the writing is?

The article make it seems like she was hired because of the quality of this mod but it doesn’t seem to be the case.

I mean, these giant mods always seemed like a good way for people to build a portfolio rather than actually release a mod, so good for them

That would depend I suppose on how the trade-in agreement is worded.

who the hell hoons a 12 year-old, four cylinder wagon?

The dealer will come out financially ahead here regardless of any goodwill.

I’m guessing the difference in cost between what they’ll spend for the ‘22 and how much they can make off the ‘21 is less than they would have spent in nation-wide advertising which is essentially what this is now.

Not unnecessary, they retained a customer they would have otherwise likely lost. That is 100% worth it when they will probably lose nothing in this transaction and re-gain public trust.

The point is that someone other than the owner did this without permission from said owner. This was a dick move from the tech (and stupid that they didn’t know about the PDR).

I’m hoping the Subaru dealer will hoon my ‘09 Outback with a similar outcome but c’mon, who the hell hoons a 12 year-old, four cylinder wagon?
